GSA Conference in May 2026
Syngenta Vegetable Seeds welcomed Global Strategic Account customers to Almería/El Ejido, Spain, May 12–14, 2026, for our global conference, themed “Rooted in Purpose. Rising Together.” Designed to strengthen relationships, the program connected attendees with the Syngenta Vegetable Seeds and Ornamentals Leadership Team to explore emerging trends and deepen collaboration.
Customers toured the Vicasol tomato processing facility, gaining valuable insight into how technology is enabling production. Syngenta leaders shared how advanced technology and analytics, and predictive breeding help address accelerating pathogen pressure and reduce time to market. “Data is the new tractor,” which underscores how AI, automation, and data science are essential tools in modern breeding.
Syngenta also discussed supply chain scale and investment priorities, along with a candid view of operational challenges and key quality focus areas. In digital strategy discussions, we highlighted AI as a transformational initiative to unlock efficiencies and create growth opportunities.
A key highlight was the grand opening of Syngenta’s new, state-of-the-art Research & Development facility in El Ejido. Guests received a rare pre-operational tour before the site became fully operational and closed to visitors. Approximately 100 guests attended the inauguration, including public officials, press, Syngenta Vegetable Seeds leadership, Syngenta Spain leaders, and customers.
Syngenta Vegetable Seeds sincerely appreciates our Global Strategic Accounts customers and looks forward to continued collaboration.
